For Loose fit garments we add 4 to 6 inches ease to the body measurements.

Depending on the style of the garments the measurements might vary.

BOTTOMS, PANTS AND SKIRTS

All  bottoms, pants and skirts are mostly high waisted and true to size, hence should be ordered as per your waist measurement.

At House of Brides, our garments are meticulously crafted with a focus on handmade embroidery and delicate materials such as silks, chiffons, organza, crepe, and 100% cotton. We also create unique surfaces using techniques like appliqué and other ornamentations, which are then skillfully stitched into wearable clothing. To ensure the longevity and beauty of your garments, we recommend handling them with care.

Given that the majority of our clothing is handmade, hand-dyed, and hand-embroidered, we strongly advise DRY CLEAN ONLY for maintenance. Steam ironing is recommended to preserve the freshness and texture of the product. To store your garments, use the cotton bag provided with your order, keeping them away from dust and sunlight for optimal preservation. Avoid storing your garments in a humid environment to maintain their quality.

• At *House of Brides UAE*, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury bridal dresses, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. Please review our return policy below:

  1. *No Returns or Exchanges on Custom-Made Orders*
  - All custom-made and bespoke bridal dresses are created specifically for each client based on their unique measurements and preferences. Therefore, *we do not accept returns or exchanges* on any custom-made orders.
   
  2. *Faulty or Defective Products*
  - In the rare event that a product is faulty or defective, please notify us within *7 days* of receiving the item.
  - To be eligible for an exchange or alteration, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
  - If we determine that the product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair, exchange, or alteration free of charge.

  
  3. *Alteration Services*
  - We offer alterations on all bridal dresses for a fee. Alterations do not qualify for a return or refund, and customers are responsible for any alteration costs after purchase.
  - We advise clients to schedule fittings at least *2-3 months* before the wedding date to allow sufficient time for any necessary adjustments.

   

  4. *Cancellations*
  - Orders for custom-made dresses can only be canceled within *2 hours* of placing the order. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted, as work on the dress would have commenced.
  - Deposits for custom-made dresses are *non-refundable* once the design and production process begins.
